What a Diagnostic Evaluation Includes

Your evaluation is more than a questionnaire — it’s a structured, multi-step process designed to give a full picture of your emotional, cognitive, and behavioral functioning.

Your Evaluation Includes:

  • Comprehensive clinical interview (60–90 minutes)

  • Standardized assessments for mood, anxiety, trauma, attention, and mood cycling

  • Cognitive testing through validated computerized tools

  • Collateral interviews with selected supports (minimum of two)

  • Review of past records (therapy, hospitalizations, psych evaluations)

  • A full written diagnostic report with DSM-5-TR impressions & recommendations

  • Optional feedback session to walk through your results

Turnaround: within 5 business days of receiving all collateral records/interviews.

What This Evaluation Can Help Clarify

  • A neuropsychological evaluation

  • A forensic risk assessment

  • Court testimony (unless otherwise arranged)

  • A replacement for ongoing therapy or medication management

This evaluation is:
A thorough, clinically sound diagnostic picture from a licensed clinician.

Step-by-Step Process

1. Initial Intake (Virtual)

A 60–90 minute interview covering history, symptoms, and concerns.

2. Standardized Testing

You’ll complete validated assessments (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, MDQ, DAST-10, etc.)
You will also receive logins for:

  • QB Check (attention/impulsivity)

  • CogniFit Cognitive Battery

Typically 60–150 minutes total.

3. Collateral Interviews

Brief interviews with:

  • Co-parent

  • 2 support persons

  • Past providers (via ROI)

These confirm and add accuracy to your evaluation.

4. Records Review

Past mental health records and hospitalizations (if applicable).

5. Follow-Up Evaluation Session

A second Google Meet session to complete remaining assessments.

6. Integration + Report

Report completed in 5 business days after all data is received.

Evaluation Fee

A comprehensive diagnostic evaluation starts at $850, which includes:

  • Initial clinical interview

  • Standardized assessments

  • Cognitive testing via validated online tools

  • Collateral interviews (up to two)

  • Review of essential records

  • Full written diagnostic report

Payment Schedule (starting at):

  • $425 – invoiced after the initial intake session

  • $425 – invoiced once the written report is complete (prior to delivery)

Please note: Final cost may increase if additional collateral interviews, record requests, or extended assessment components are required. Any additional charges will be discussed with the client in advance.

Is this accepted in court?

Your report is written clinically, not legally.
However, many attorneys use these reports as neutral, third-party documentation.

Do you diagnose bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, etc.?

Yes. Diagnoses are based on DSM-5-TR criteria.

Is this a neuropsychological evaluation?

No. This is a clinical diagnostic evaluation.
Neuropsych tools (WAIS, WMS, CPT-3) require a PhD and cost $1,500–$3,000.

Will insurance reimburse me?

Possibly. Superbill available upon request.
