Step-by-Step Process
1. Initial Intake (Virtual)
A 60–90 minute interview covering history, symptoms, and concerns.
2. Standardized Testing
You’ll complete validated assessments (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, MDQ, DAST-10, etc.)
You will also receive logins for:

Typically 60–150 minutes total.
3. Collateral Interviews
Brief interviews with:

4. Records Review
Past mental health records and hospitalizations (if applicable).
5. Follow-Up Evaluation Session
A second Google Meet session to complete remaining assessments.
6. Integration + Report
Report completed in 5 business days after all data is received.
