How long does each therapy session take?

Most sessions are billed as 60 minute, however, we can discuss shorter sessions if appropriate.

Do you accept private pay?

Yes, private pay rates are $150 for 60 minute sessions

Do you take insurance?

Yes, I accept most major insurances in Colorado, Massachusetts, Florda and New York . Please note, I do not accept Medicaid at this time.

What is your therapy module?

I specialize in solution- focused, goal oriented therapy. This incorporates approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). However, I customize my approach based on the individual.
