Navigating insurance shouldn’t feel like a second job. At Mindful Manifestation LLC, we work hard to make your experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Below you’ll find the insurance plans we accept, how verification works, and what to expect with out-of-pocket costs.

Insurance Plans We Accept

  • Aetna

  • Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Cigna / Evernorth

  • Medicare

  • TriWest (with authorization)

  • Optum / UnitedHealthcare

  • UMR

  • Oscar Health

  • Oxford

If your plan isn’t listed, don’t panic — many plans fall under these networks. Submit your insurance info and we’ll check for you.

How Insurance Verification Works

We handle the insurance verification so you don’t have to:

We verify your benefits — including your copay, deductible, and any session limits.

 

You receive a transparent estimate before your first appointment.

 

We bill your insurance directly after each completed session.You’ll never be surprised by a bill.

About Diagnostic Evaluations

Insurance may or may not cover full ADHD diagnostic assessments. Coverage varies by carrier and benefit type.

If insurance covers your evaluation:

We will bill your plan directly, and you’re responsible only for your standard copay/coinsurance.

If insurance does not cover testing:

Your evaluation is out-of-pocket.
Comprehensive ADHD Diagnostic Evaluations start at $850, depending on:

  • Number of interviews

  • Complexity of chart review

  • How many records requests are needed

  • Level of documentation required (letters, accommodations, etc.)

You’ll receive a cost estimate before booking.

Self-Pay Rates

If you’re not using insurance, we offer transparent private-pay rates:

  • Individual Therapy (60 minutes) – $150–$175

  • Diagnostic Evaluation – Starts at $850

  • Letters, forms, and documentation – Priced based on time required

We also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
