From a young age, I felt a profound calling to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. This unyielding passion led me on a journey to pursue social work and eventually obtain my licensure in therapy. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of guiding over 200+ individuals through their challenges and helping them find happiness, making it my life's purpose.

As a Colorado native, a mother of two, and a full-time working professional, I understand the daily stressors of juggling multiple roles. Additionally, life presented me with a profound challenge when I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at the age of 27. This life-altering experience intensified my pursuit of daily happiness and sparked a profound desire to explore it with others.
